Our Optos Daytona Plus retinal camera allows an expansive 200-degree view of your retina without dilation. Additionally, our Topcon Maestro OCT aids in detecting conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy, enabling us to manage these diseases effectively.

Meet Our Eye Doctors


Dr. Simone Lewis
Dr. Simone Lewis received her Bachelor of Optometry degree from The Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) Johannesburg, South Africa. She earned the distinction of being valedictorian of the graduating class of 1992. She completed the Advanced Standing International Program at the New England College of Optometry in 1996, where she received her Doctorate of Optometry. Before graduating from RAU, Dr. Lewis volunteered her services at the Taung Hospital in South Africa, providing optometric care to underprivileged residents of rural townships. She has lived in Atlanta for over 17 years and has enjoyed practicing primary care optometry. Dr. Lewis’ areas of expertise include pediatrics and ocular disease. When not caring for her loyal patients, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and three children. She also loves to travel, exercise, and reading a good book....
Dr. Rachel Kaziyev
Dr. Rachel Kaziyev began her optometry journey at Georgia State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2011 before completing her doctorate at SUNY College of Optometry in 2019.  She trained in ocular disease at St. Albans VA Medical Center and worked alongside cataract surgeon Dr. Malik of Malik Eye Care in various locations across the state. She also had extensive training in Pediatrics & Vision Therapy at Ezra Medical Center in Brooklyn. With over a decade of experience in pediatric eye care, myopia control, ocular disease, and custom soft contact lens fittings, she has returned from New York, ready to deliver top-notch care to her hometown community. She joins the team of doctors at 20/15 EyeCare, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for early detection of eye diseases, including chronic dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye conditions.
